Description of Reverse Tuck Cartons (Heavy Duty)

Heavy Duty Reverse Tuck cartons are built for strength and reliability, using 36pt tan chip with a minimum of 90% post-consumer recycled content. This construction delivers significantly increased durability compared to standard paperboard, helping protect contents during packing and handling. The frustration-free design opens and closes easily, while the reverse-tuck style simplifies assembly. These cartons conform to federal specification PPP-B-566 and are fully recyclable. Custom sizes and printing options are available to support a wide range of applications and branding needs.

Reverse tuck cartons, also referred to as chip board, tan bending chipboard or kraft folding cartons, derive their name from the way the ends tuck into the box from opposite (or reverse) directions.
