The Micro-Corr™ Process combines the strength
of corrugated
with the sales power of folding cartons. How? Because small flute corrugated consists of three plies, it is possible to print the top sheet in a low
caliper SBS producing the sharpest image possible with offset lithography. Printing
on thick solid fiber (to achieve strength) oftentimes produces less than ideal print
quality because of its inferior print surface.

Strength

Because it is corrugated, it is possible to produce strength
values three times that of its equivalent thickness in solid fiber. Some Products
are over packaged with standard corrugated materials. Other products use thick solid
fiber to attain strength. Many products do not require the “super strength” of shipping grade corrugated or solid fiber. Micro-Corr™ is usually the answer to these problems.
