OUR FACILITIES

Custom carton design is facilitated by modern CAD sample-making equipment and our in-house pre-press facilities take your job all the way from your electronic files to plate making to final production.

While our company is over 70 years old, over 80% of our investment in plant and equipment has occurred in just the past ten years.

We believe that reinvestment to achieve quality improvement and reduced cost pays big dividends to our customers. In the past five years we have (1) installed a high speed 50-inch 6-color offset printing press that can print board from .010 thickness to .070, giving us the capability to be one of the few companies in the country to offset print on E, F and N flute corrugated, (2) purchased a second 51-inch Bobst die-cutting press to capitalize on the small flute corrugated market, and (3) installed two additional gluing machines, one right-angle and one straight line, both with state-of-the-art features for finishing the most complicated cartons.

A new window patch machine gives us the flexibility to meet the needs of the food, cosmetics, and mailer markets.

To offer the widest variety of sizes and styles of stock mailers and cartons requires abundant warehousing. We currently have over fifty thousand square feet of space in Illinois to assure product is on hand and ready to ship. We also warehouse most of our stock Stayflats® in Northern California and Massachusetts.
