Our Plant

At Calumet Carton, we believe that continual reinvestment achieves quality improvement and reduced costs, which pays big dividends to our customers. We are able to stay ahead of the competition by reinvesting in state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. To offer the widest variety of sizes and styles of stock mailers and cartons requires abundant warehousing. We currently have over 50,000 square feet of space in Illinois to assure product is on hand and ready to ship. In addition to our Illinois warehouse, we also have warehouse locations in Northern California and Massachusetts. This allows us to serve our customers across the country from coast to coast, shipping orders out on a daily basis. Some of our most recent investments towards the future include: Purchased and installed a new high speed 41” 7 color KBA printing press.
Installed a 59” Sheet Runner, allowing us to offer precision sheeting and slitting of your roll stock. Built a 35,000 sq. ft. expansion to our facility, to allow room for more warehousing and sheeting machinery for future job opportunities.
