General Maintenance
The company is looking to fill the above position. The candidate must have the following job skills:
	1. Ability to build and trouble shoot basic industrial circuits (120V, 240V, & 480V three phase).  2. Ability to trouble shoot electronics including identifying problem circuit boards and P.L.C.’s.  3. Ability to do basic industrial welding and machining. 4. Ability to do conduct service and minor rebuilds on air conditioning units, pumps, and compressors. 5. Ability to service machines to change out broken parts and rebuild components. 6. Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to issue instructions, write maintenance plans, order parts, read parts manuals, and write purchase orders.
The basic job description of the General Maintenance position includes but is not limited to servicing the plants’ facility, machine, and support equipment maintenance needs. In addition to identifying and fixing problems, this individual needs to be able to select and coordinate services of outside contractors. Some heavy lifting is required (up to 100#). This individual must also have a valid drivers license and a reliable car to use (work related mileage is reimbursed).
