     Unlike lightweight paper, expensive Tyvek envelopes or chintzy plastic bags, Expand-A-Mailers provide superior corner protection and resist bending. The attractive white paperboard makes a very professional presentation for your product offering or direct mail pieces. It’s 100% Recycled, too, and fully recyclable.

     Our Expand-A-Mailers have proven so popular, we’ve recently added two larger sizes of mailers, our 3G (15” x 12.5” x 1”) and 4G (17” x 14” x 1”).

     Expand-A-Mailers are designed as convenient side loading envelopes, making fulfillment a breeze. All mailers feature a pressure sensitive adhesive closure and convenient tear strip opening.
